Nicole has practised as a registered dietitian since graduating with a BSc in Dietetics in 1986. She has worked in hospitals both in this country and overseas, working in the NHS for 18 years, until transferring her skills to working as a freelance dietitian in 2011.

She has attended and been accredited in the Kings College ‘Low FODMAP’ course for IBS, which is the latest evidenced based treatment. Nicole has found this treatment to be of great benefit to patients.

She also has a passion for helping people with weight management advice and treatment, enabling individuals to make sustainable, realistic and achievable changes to lose weight. Nicole provides client centred dietary advice and treatment for individuals who undergo bariatric surgery.

Nicole has practised as an accredited sports Dietitian since 1994. She is always interested in new clinical areas such as nutrigenomics (the relationship between how nutrition influences your gene expression). She completed an accredited training (NuGO) in this area in 2012.
