Hayley has practised as a nutritionist starting her Food Coach business in 2005 and has been seeing patients at Springfield hospital since 2007.
She has a degree in Psychology plus diplomas in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Weight Management, Nutrition and Eating disorders to help support and motivate her patients. Hayley has RCN accredited training in Diabetes in Healthcare and regularly attends the Barts Hospital International Symposiums to learn the latest developments in diabetic care.
She has completed training in Food as Medicine: Food and Inflammation from Monash University as well as courses in Probiotics in practice.
Hayley has a Diploma in Sports Nutrition and also one in sports injuries, and this, coupled with her passion for marathon running enables her to give first hand advice to her patients.
Her aim is to give joined up help on weight, nutrition, exercise and lifestyle.
