Shoulder Problems: subacromial impingement/bursitis, rotator cuff tears, calcific tendonitis, frozen shoulder,new and recurrent dislocations, SLAP tears, shoulder arthritis,acromio-clavicular (ACJ) arthritis and injuries/dislocations, shoulder fractures, clavicle fractures.

Elbow Problems: Elbow arthritis/stiffness,ulnar nerve compression (cubital tunnel syndrome), tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis), golfer’s elbow (medial epicondylitis), biceps tendon injuries, olecranon bursitis, dislocations and instability, elbow fractures.

Academic background

Mr Modi studied at Manchester Medical School, qualifying in 2002 and completed his training in Orthopaedics and Trauma Surgery on the Warwick Orthopaedic Programme.

This was followed by advanced fellowship training in Toronto, Exeter and Derby, and visiting fellowships to the Mayo Clinic and Rush University Medical Center in the USA. This enabled Mr Modi to learn the latest techniques and develop expertise in shoulder and elbow surgery from world experts.
