Mr Omar Khan
Mr Khan has an interest in patient safety and is on the National Bariatric Surgery Registry Committee - the national body responsible for publishing and monitoring outcomes in weight loss surgery in the UK. He also acts as an independent medicolegal witness, giving expert medical opinions on weight-loss surgical cases.
Mr Khan is also an Honorary Senior Lecturer at St George’s Medical School and a senior examiner for medical undergraduates. He has published over 160 articles on all aspects of surgery and his weight loss research has been featured in the national and international press.

Mr Marcus Reddy
GI disease e.g. gallstones and emergency surgery. Also interested in hernia surgery: open or laparoscopic TEP technique and advanced laparoscopy: bariatric (weightloss), anti-reflux (hiatus hernia repair, fundoplication, LINX). He is the only surgeon experienced in surgical and endoscopic radiofrequency reflux management ( including STRETTA).
He is one of the busiest surgeons in the UK and is on the 90th percentile for bariatric surgery. He has presented papers, chaired forums and performed live demonstrations to international audiences. He has published on bariatric surgery in the Lancet.
